Refund Policy — Libby & Alice Mail Club
At Libby & Alice, each monthly mail package is thoughtfully curated, packed, and prepared with care. Because our products are made to order and dispatched as limited-edition monthly mail, we have a few important policies regarding refunds and cancellations.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
To avoid being charged for the following month, cancellations must be made at least **5 days before your next billing date**. If a payment has already been processed, that month’s package will still be sent and the cancellation will apply to future renewals.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our mail club, we are generally **unable to offer refunds once an order has been processed or shipped**.
However, we will happily review refund requests in the following circumstances:
* You were charged in error
* Your order was duplicated
* Your package was lost in transit and not delivered within a reasonable timeframe
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your mail package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
* Your order number
* A description of the issue
* Clear photographs (if applicable)
We will do our best to make things right with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Lost Mail
We understand postal delays can happen, especially for international deliveries.
If your package has not arrived within:
21 days (UK orders)
45 days (international orders)
please contact us and we will investigate with you.
Gift Subscriptions
Gift subscriptions (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months) are non-refundable once purchased, unless there has been an error with the order.
