1. About Us

Libby & Alice Mail Club is a subscription-based postal service offering curated botanical art, paper goods, floral-themed products, and related items delivered by post.

2. Products & Subscriptions

We offer monthly and prepaid subscription memberships, along with individual products and gift memberships.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Because each monthly mailing is curated, contents may vary and may not exactly match promotional imagery.

We reserve the right to modify product contents, packaging, or offerings where necessary while maintaining overall quality and value.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout for applicable products and international orders.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Subscription Billing

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled.

Prepaid subscriptions (including gift memberships) are charged upfront and do not automatically renew unless clearly stated at checkout.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring payment where applicable.

5. Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date.

Cancellations made after billing has processed will apply to the following cycle.

Prepaid memberships are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the UK and internationally.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and postal services.

Once an order has been dispatched, Libby & Alice Mail Club is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, strikes, or events beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of expected delivery.

We will assess claims individually and may offer replacement, store credit, or other remedies at our discretion.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of subscription and paper goods, we generally do not accept returns unless items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Please contact us promptly if there is an issue with your order.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, product descriptions, artwork, text, graphics, and designs are owned by or licensed to Libby & Alice Mail Club and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality, or use our content unlawfully.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Libby & Alice Mail Club shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products.

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
